  • Mrs. Rosas had worked for the Puerto Rico governmental agencies, as well as the private industry. She has over 20 years of professional experience with permitting, which includes compliance negotiations, permitting preparation and project evaluation.

  • Performed project evaluations for permit approvals based on PR Regulations, while worked as an engineering technician in the governmental agency PR Permits and Regulation Administration at the offices located in San Juan and Arecibo. This experience included all type of projects such as: residential, commercial, industrial and governmental projects.
